Are you living in rhythm with Mother Nature? Ayurveda, the ancient Science of Living in Harmony with Nature, tells us there are three main causes of illness:

  • Living out of rhythm
  • Making poor decisions
  • Overstimulating the senses

So, if you’re feeling out of sorts, it may be time to slow down, step back, and sign up for this class! Please join us for a fresh look at Ayurveda, and the concept of Ritam, living in harmony with nature.

In this seminar, we’ll explore the many ways to harmonize our inner and outer rhythms as we reflect upon our relationships with time, place and the living universe. Our goal will be to move towards greater balance and harmony with Life. May all be well. May all know peace.
